By order of February, 26th 2021 issued by the President of the Paris Court of First Instance ruling in summary proceedings, a company obtained an order against URSSAF of Ile-de-France to pay it damages due to the agency’s abusive refusal to agree to the release of a stop payment on the sale price of a business.
The plaintiff company was defended by Maître François Géry, Maître Yasong Lin and Maître Vincent Bavay.
