Vincent BAVAY
Vincent Bavay is a member of the Paris Bar and holds a Master 2 in Business Law – DJCE from the University of Nancy.
He also completed a double degree program in France and Lebanon at SKEMA Business School and the Ecole Supérieure des Affaires respectively, and holds a Master 2 in Finance.
After several experiences in law firms dedicated to international arbitration in Beirut and Paris, Vincent joined Bochamp as an associate in 2018.
His fields of intervention are mainly focused on:
- White collar crime dispute resolution
- Commercial and civil litigation
- Inheritance practice law
- Real Estate law
- Insolvency law
Experience and activities:
- Registered on the emergency penal defence lists of the Paris Bar
- Initiator of a joint project with UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organization) for the promotion and development of local crafts in Beirut (Lebanon)
- Holder of a university degree in Islamic Finance from the ESA (Lebanon)
