A wine trader in Bordeaux requested the forced execution of several purchase agreements for the value of 11 million euros. By ruling of the Commercial Court in Bordeaux on December 14th 2017, Bochamp Law obtained the full resolution of these purchase agreements.
The acquirer was represented by François Géry, Nicolas Demard and Jérôme Rétoré.
