Following the ruling of October, 21st 2020, the Criminal Court of Créteil acquitted a person prosecuted on charges of importing, possessing, transporting, acquiring and exporting drugs as well as criminal conspiracy. A request for compensation was submitted following this judgment, relating to the 8-month period of pre-trial detention during the investigation phase of the case.
