On October 24th 2017, the 15th chamber of the Criminal Court of Bobigny discharged a company and its director who was prosecuted for the customs offense of importation without declaration of prohibited goods and counterfeiting.
The customs department requested the conviction of the company and its director to a fine of 1,820,000 euros.
The company and its director were assisted by François Géry, Yasong Lin and Matthieu Figeac.
