Following the ruling of September, 30th 2021, the 14th Correctional Chamber of the Bobigny Judicial Court convicted and sentenced the perpetrator of a fatal traffic accident for manslaughter.
The civil parties were defended before the criminal court and in negotiations with the insurer of the driver of the vehicle in question by François Géry, Yasong Lin and Vincent Bavay.
