Following the ruling of December, 3rd 2020, the 23rd Correctional Chamber of the Paris Judicial Court found guilty and sentenced the perpetrator of a violent assault against two victims who had filed as civil parties to imprisonment with a detention order. The victims were also awarded substantial damages for non-material losses.
The civil parties were defended by Yasong Lin and Jérôme Rétoré.
