Following the ruling of June 3rd 2021, the 5th Chamber of the Paris Court of First Instance declared null and void a sale of several works initially attributed to Pablo Picasso but the authenticity of some of which was subsequently questioned. The Court dismissed the plaintiff’s claims for damages against an art dealer, an intermediary in these sales. An appeal is pending in this case.

The heirs of the deceased art dealer were represented by  François Géry and Vincent Bavay.
