Following the ruling of December 19th, 2019, the 6th Chamber of the Commercial Court of Paris ordered a company incorporated under English law, operating in the field of mandatory financial guarantees for travel agencies, to pay a sum of €100,000, in addition to interest at the rate of inflation, in reimbursement of a previously paid security deposit.
The claimant company was defended by François Géry, Yasong Lin and Vincent Bavay.
