A wine trading company carried out a preventive seizure on the stock of wine estimated to more than 7 million euros belonging to a foreign investor.
By order of the Commercial Court of Bordeaux, on the 13th of June, Bochamp secured the total release of such preventive seizure.
The acquirer was represented by François Géry, Yasong Lin and Jérôme Rétoré.
