A wine trading company carried out a preventive seizure on the stock of wine estimated to more than 7 million euros belonging to a foreign investor.
By order of the Commercial Court of Bordeaux, on the 13th of June, GÉRY DEMARD LIN & PARTNERS secured the total release of such preventive seizure.
The acquirer was represented by François Géry, Yasong Lin and Jérôme Rétoré.
