On September, 1st 2021, the Meaux Criminal Court found a company manager guilty of aiding illegal residence, performing concealed work for several people and employing a foreigner without a work permit.
However, the Court acquitted the company director of the offence of money laundering and ordered the restitution of the sums seized.
The defendant was represented by François Géry, Yasong Lin and Vincent Bavay.
