Following the two ruling of June, 26th 2020 and July, 28th 2020, the President of the Commercial Court of Chalon-sur-Saône authorised a company to carry out a precautionary seizure on the bank accounts of another company in a commercial dispute. The said seizures were successfully executed, allowing the signature of a transactional protocol between the parties.
The creditor company was represented by François Géry, Yasong Lin and Vincent Bavay.
