Following the ruling of November, 10th 2020, the Correctional Court of Pontoise pronounced the nullity of the summons of a person accused of tax fraud. Subsequently, the Public Prosecutor’s Office confirmed that the charges against him had been dropped on the basis of the defense filed in the case.
The defendant was represented by François Géry, Yasong Lin and Vincent Bavay.
