By judgment of December 13, 2016, the 6th Chamber of the Correctional Court of Pontoise annulled a procedure aimed at characterizing the facts of concealed work and aiding the residence of foreigners without a residence permit. The firm had raised the irregularity of the control procedure carried out by the police.
