On March 29, 2018, the 31st chamber of the Paris Criminal court discharged a firm and its director who were being prosecuted for undeclared work and employment of foreigners without a work permit by avoiding the entire procedure.
The firm and its director were assisted by François Géry, Yasong Lin and Matthieu Figeac.
