On November 2nd, 2016, the 15th chamber of the Bobigny Criminal Court discharged a corporation and its director, a prime contractor in the textile industry, who was charged with concealed employment, aiding illegal residents without authorization and false declarations of income.
The Court held that the facts were not sufficiently established, as had been argued by the defense.
The corporation and its director were assisted by François Géry.
