Following the ruling of April 20th, 2021, the Commercial Court of Tours approved a safeguard plan for a company allowing it to continue operating and pay off its liabilities. The company which had run into serious difficulties following the notification of a proposed tax adjustment by the tax authorities for a significant amount, on which significant rebates were obtained in the context of the collective proceedings.
The company and its manager were represented by François Géry, Yasong Lin and Vincent Bavay.
